Mugwort / Black Sage Wand

Mugwort also known as Black Sage is perfect for cleansing and purifying your space and personal items as well as burned to promote visions and vivid dreams. 

This is a smudge wand. It can be used to change the energy in a room. It is often used in cleansing rituals as it cleanses the air and removes negative energy. To use, open a window in each room. This allows for the escape of bad energy and circulates air flow. Light the end of the Sage stick. Blow out the flame. Move clockwise around each room thinking positive thoughts. Allow the smoke to billow. Extinguish the herb when finished.
